PREORDER NOTICE

Brim Heroes products are limited-edition collectible preorder items.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your item is being manufactured after purchase and is not an in-stock ready-to-ship product.

Current estimated production timeline:
Approximately 90 days (12–14 weeks) from the preorder closing date.

Production timelines may vary slightly due to:

* Manufacturing volume
* Material sourcing
* International shipping/customs
* Quality control inspections
* Carrier delays outside of our control

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Preorder Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel a preorder for a refund ONLY before the item enters full-scale manufacturing production.

Once production has officially begun, all sales become final.

This policy exists because:

* Products are manufactured specifically based on preorder quantities
* Materials, molds, packaging, and production costs are committed in advance
* Limited-edition runs are produced exclusively for preorder customers

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

* Cancellation is requested before manufacturing lock-in
* Duplicate orders were accidentally placed
* Brim Heroes is unable to fulfill the order

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

* Buyer’s remorse after production begins
* Delays caused by customs, freight carriers, or force majeure events
* Minor color or finish variations common in collectible manufacturing
* Packaging wear caused during shipping transit

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your financial institution.
